- The Trumpet Winsock will work over Class 1 (ethernet) and
- Class 6 (slip) packet drivers. I am fairly sure that it will not
- work over otherpacket drivers, unless these drivers can fake class 1
- emulation, kind of like ETHERSLIP or C/SLIPPER is ethernet emulation

-
- I don't know diddly about appletlk.com, but it may not be too
- difficult to add. Take a look at the etherslip source code as
- a starting point.

- Subject: Questions on Cello ver. 1.01a
-
- Hi,
-
- I downloaded the Cello ver 1.01a from ftp.law.cornell.edu this morning
- and tried to run it and found following questions:
-
- (1) I launched the telnet session (using Cello internel telnet not other
- telnet application) and found that after I keyed in user id and it hanged
- without asking me to enter the password.
-
- (2) I launched the ftp session. It worked find under trumpet winsock stack,
- but it caused GPF under Netmanage's Chameleon winsock stack and my own
- winsock stack.
-
- Is there any one who knows why?
